General Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ffbet services and the Website. By accessing or using the site, opening an account, or playing any games for real money, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. They constitute a binding agreement between you and Ffbet and supersede any prior terms. Ffbet may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is published on the Website. Your continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

Eligibility and Registration

You must meet all of the following to use the Services for real money:

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old and of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction; participation is prohibited where illegal.
  • Single account: Only one Real Money Account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may be closed and winnings forfeited.
  • Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and promptly update it if changes occur.
  • Verification: Ffbet may require government-issued identification and proof of address to verify identity and age. You consent to such verification and to the retention of documents for the purpose of compliance checks.
  • Compliance: You must comply with applicable laws and not use the Services if prohibited in your location.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Do not share your username or password with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Ffbet immediately. Ffbet reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate an account for security or compliance reasons, including suspected fraud or violations of these Terms. You acknowledge responsibility for all deposits and losses occurring through your account.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Cheating, collusion, or using systems to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Use of automated scripts, bots, or third-party software that interacts with the Services.
  • Multiple accounts or sharing account access with others.
  • Using the Services for illegal activities or to launder money.
  • Providing false or misleading information or failing to verify identity.
  • Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Site or harms other players.

Promotions, Bonuses and Complimentary Offers

Promotions are offered at Ffbet's discretion and are governed by separate Bonus Terms and Conditions. Eligibility for promotions requires a valid Real Money Account. Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction and product, and are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions published with the promotion. For example, a deposit of 100 with a 100% bonus at a 30x playthrough would require wagering of the deposit plus the bonus (200) multiplied by 30, i.e., 6,000, before a withdrawal can be requested. The maximum withdrawal from a promotion is determined by the bonus and promotion terms (e.g., a 100 deposit with a 10x cap allows a maximum withdrawal of 1,000, after meeting wagering requirements). Ffbet may revoke, suspend or terminate promotions or bonus eligibility for violation, abuse or non-compliance, and may confiscate winnings derived from such promotions.

Wagering, Bets and Game Play

All bets are subject to the Betting Rules published for each game or event and to these Terms. Outcomes are determined by the game server's random number generator. In the event of a manifest error or a system malfunction, Ffbet reserves the right to void affected bets and/or suspend or terminate participation to protect the integrity of the Services. Bets are valid only if placed via the Website interface; wagering through other means may be void. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Odds, lines and handicaps may fluctuate until the time of acceptance; once accepted, they become fixed for that bet. Ffbet's decisions on all matters related to bets and promotions are final.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits and withdrawals are conducted through approved payment service providers. Ffbet may require additional documentation to verify identity for certain payment methods. You authorize the payment service providers to process payments on your behalf and acknowledge that providers may withhold payments if there is reason to suspect fraudulent, collusive, unlawful or improper activity. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Processing times, currency handling and withdrawal limits vary by method and may be affected by third-party processing policies. You are responsible for all transaction details and any charge-backs or reversals. Ffbet reserves the right to suspend or modify payment services at any time to protect the integrity of the platform.

Currency, Taxes and Compliance

Ffbet supports the currencies listed in the available payment methods and governing terms. All deposits, wagering and withdrawals are processed in the selected currency or converted as required by the payment provider. You are responsible for reporting any winnings for tax purposes in your jurisdiction. Ffbet accepts no responsibility for tax advice and does not provide tax guidance to players.

Identity Verification and Data Protection

Ffbet will implement appropriate identity verification and ongoing monitoring to comply with applicable laws and to protect players. Personal data collected during registration and use of the Services will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We may share necessary information with payment processors and regulatory authorities as required. You have rights to access and rectify personal data under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Software, Website content, graphics, and all other materials provided by Ffbet are the property of Ffbet or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely to access and use the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer, rent, or create derivative works from the Software or content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ffbet.

Disputes and Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the Services, you must submit a written notice to Ffbet within fourteen (14) days of becoming aware of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved promptly, you may pursue independent dispute resolution through an appropriate third-party provider or take the matter to the competent court in the jurisdiction governing these Terms. Where there is a discrepancy between the outcome shown by the player’s client software and the server software, the server result shall be considered final.

Amendments to Terms

Ffbet reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to implement new procedures, at any time without prior notice. Any amendments are effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ffbet operates. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

Miscellaneous

This document represents the entire agreement between you and Ffbet regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Terms are non-assignable by you except with Ffbet’s consent. Ffbet is not responsible for events beyond its control including force majeure.
